Instagram has provided users with a wide range of filters they can browse. They can also manually search for a particular style of effect from their Browse Effects page on Instagram. Follow these steps to search for a filter on Instagram manually.
- Swipe right on your home page on Instagram to enter the camera viewfinder.
- Scroll right side on the effects row at the bottom. Scroll to the very end and you will see a magnifying glass icon to browse the effect.
- After this, tap on the search icon at the top of the pop-up window.
- Type the effect name, style, or theme in the search section to find your effects.
- Tap on the effect if you like to see a preview of that effect in the viewfinder.

How to Search same effect for Reels
- Go to the Browser Effects screen inside Instagram.
- Select an effect that you like in the Browser effects section.
- Once the effect loads up in the viewfinder, tap on the plus icon at the right.
- Now you will see all the reels from the creator and you will use the selected effect. You can tap on a reel to view it directly from here or you can bookmark it to save for later use.
